Introducing SneakerTube.TV

We would like to shout out Premium Pete and his crew for putting together something fresh that the sneaker community needed! The site is really dope and anybody can join. Oh yeah....we are on there!!! Read below for the official word on the site! Congrats again Pete for all of your hard work and doing something for true sneaker lovers!

December 15th, 2010 – Brooklyn, N.Y.
“Sneaker culture now has a video sharing blog that wants user videos from little known sneaker lovers and seasoned veterans, and footwear companies to get noticed and appreciated all over the world”.
Today a new web site called SneakerTube.TV (STTV) will launch online. SneakerTube.TV is created by experienced footwear retailer and long time sneaker lover “Premium Pete”. It is a video sharing blog created with the purpose of focusing on sneaker related video content from folks who probably aren’t the most expressive or experienced on video but they very much love sneakers and sneaker culture. The site will be a place where sneaker lovers from all over can use the videos as a way to spark interaction between themselves and others like them. “At the end of the day, its all about the community” says Pete. “One of the main things I envisioned when creating SneakerTube.TV was having sneaker lovers, reviewers, collectors etc, from all around the world all in the same community as Companies, Boutiques and Shops. I encourage sneaker companies to sign up, Interact, and show the community what you have” SneakerTube.TV will be a place where folks can begin to exchange views and make friends with sneakers being the common bond that will branch out to other things. SneakerTube.TV also features one of the most flexible, high quality, and fastest importing video players online today. Members will be able to import You Tube and Vimeo videos without losing their view counts, and will also have the ability to create customizable profile pages, live chat, blog, create & join groups and make friends with other members.
SneakerTube.TV (STTV) launches online today Wednesday, December 15th, 2010 and will be open to anyone to join and begin uploading and importing your sneaker related videos as well as watch videos from other members.

Jeremy Scott JS FLAMES Adidas

So...we have seen everything from Jeremy Scott's "wings," "license plate," "mickey mouse." so why not flames. I mean come on...what took you so long Jeremy? LOL. For those of you who admire the work look to cop these kicks early to mid Nov at select Adidas retailers.

Solebox x adidas Then and Now Pack | January 2011

The Solebox x adidas ‘Then and Now’ pack includes two performance-oriented running shoes, one brand new and the other about two decades old. Adidas is def trying to switch things up a bit and keep them interesting for the fall/winter. Never a brand to slept on, but they are making movements in the right direction this year with the streets. Be on the look out for price and availability once we get it!

Star Wars x adidas Originals – Fall/Winter 2010 Footwear

Star Wars x Adidas just will not stop. It appears as if the collaboration is doing fairly well for the two. Check out the mixes selection of mens/kids that will release this fall/winter.

Carhartt x Vans Authentic Pack – November 2010

So it looks like these two big brand name companies team up yet again for more of a snappy casual approach with their collaboration. We really like the color selection between the olive, green and khaki...really diggin the construction orange outsole on these as well. If you are interested in these then get with your local skate shop this Nov to see if they will be carrying them this fall.

Puma x Hussein Chalayan Sneaker

Fashion designer Hussein Chalayan is infamous for his beyond wild style of ladies dresses that he designs for a living. Word is that Puma made him creative director of the company a few years back! Pictured below is the Puma x Hussein collaboration on a more toned down design then what he is use to. It almost reminds us of a new balance sneaker with the midsole/outsole area but clearly a puma when it comes to the mid panel. Combination of grey suede and leathers make for a really clean looking shoe. These are rumored to limited to only about 10 pairs world wide. So unless you know somebody that know somebody that know something bout it....(catch that..LOL) you won't be grabbing these anytime soon.

p.s. We thought it would be dope to display some of dudes dress designs so people can really understand the drastic change from creating this shoe from how he normally gets down. Maybe he was board that day he did the shoe! Lol. Thoughts?

LIVESTRONG x Nike Footwear

Lance Armstrong always seems to release his collaborations with Nike around this time for the last few summers. We now take a look into the 3 shoes that should start hitting Nike.com and select NikeStore in your area. Trainer 1.2 Mid, LunarGlide+2, Wmns Air Pegasus +27. Fresh lineup for the summertime madness. LiveSTORNG!

Crooks & Castles Footwear

A well respected street wear brand out of LA is now bringing out their very own branded sneaker! The Redfoot, Apache, Decklo, and Isa are the names of the models below. It appears as if they decided to stay on the snappy casual side of things when deciding the type of sneaker to put out on the market. Very good look for their brand and interested to see what happens over the next couple months with the results.

24 Kilates x Asics Gel Lyte Speed

Is it us... or does it seem that Asics gets the coolest color combos when they do these different collaboration with other companies? HA. The 24 Kilates x Las Tres Z.Z.Z Gel Lyte Speed was inspired by the San Fermin Fiesta. The shoes will release at 24 Kilates on July 10th in San Fermin in Pamploma.

Jason Mayden Jordan Brand Interview!

I felt the material and positive words that Jason Mayden spoke to made a ton of sense in the sneaker world as we know it today. Check out this video that the homie G*Roc was able to capture during his "Night with Jordan Brand" that happen a little over a week ago! Thanks G and the crew over @theshoegame for the dope footage. Sneakerheads take note!!!
